Can I import an existing cap table?
Yes. Forge imports from common spreadsheet templates and from Carta, Pulley, and Capdesk exports. Our customer engineering team will validate the import against your underlying documents.
Who can see my data?
Only you. Forge is single-tenant with row-level security. No Forge employee accesses customer data without explicit, logged authorization for a specific support request.
Can I export everything?
Yes. Every record in Forge is exportable to CSV, JSON, and PDF — including full history. Your data is yours, end of sentence.
